This website and online store are operated by PT Vara Creative Group, trading under the brand Coastal Palms Bali.

Coastal Palms Bali sells home fragrance products, including candles, room sprays, reed diffusers, wax melts and related products.

We reserve the right to update our product range, website content, prices and availability at any time.

By placing an order through our online store, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

We make reasonable efforts to present our products, packaging, colours and other product characteristics accurately.

However, the appearance of colours and products may vary depending on the device or screen used to view our website.

As many Coastal Palms products are made and finished by hand, minor variations in appearance may occur between individual products. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product information and packaging may be updated from time to time.

4. Fragrances

Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.

Product and fragrance descriptions are provided to help customers understand the general character and fragrance profile of a product. They do not guarantee that every customer will perceive a fragrance in exactly the same way.

A personal preference for a different fragrance does not by itself constitute a defective product.

5. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction in the event of an obvious technical or pricing error.

Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
